#1: HAVE A PLAN
Okay, this may sound simple and like, duh, but it’s usually forgotten. We see women making crazy workout plans – overdo it, follow an extreme diet and start a cycle that no one can really follow. Of course, they eventually return to their old habits. Katie has been doing this for years during her 45-pound weight loss journey and has never been able to switch from her workouts and diet to a healthy lifestyle.
